Okay here we are the first day of my training for the Great Wall of China Trek. This was just an easy 2 mile trek up a mountain in Lancashire just to see how i'd get on. To be honest it was easier than I thought once the first 10 mins was over. I intend over the next few weeks to improve on this and take longer and harder walks. Until next time Bye
I'm not really a blog type of person as generally it's seems like too much trouble however I'm giving this trek 110% so I'm hoping to keep blogging as best as I can.
I'll try and keep it upbeat and not too boring ;-)
